HOA PAYMENT CHANGES
Beginning January 1, 2025 there will be a few changes in our HOA Dues. The fee of $325 is NOT changing. All payments will be due December 31st. Everyone will be billed in January 2025. You have a couple of options to pay.
Pay annually - $325/year.
Pay twice a year - $162.50/June and December.
Pay quarterly - $81.25/ March, June, September & December.
You will need to remember to make the payments. A reminder will be sent in January and again in December. If you have made no payments then you will need to pay the entire fee of $325 in December by the 31st.
WE NOW ACCEPT ONLINE PAYMENTS
We are now setup to receive secure online payments through Quickbooks. If you have an outstanding or current bill and would like to pay online, reach out to [email protected] and they email you the invoice with payment link.
ACH Bank Transfers are no charge (all you need is your routing and account information).
All credit cards are accepted for a 3% fee.
