**Notice for Architectural Improvements**
All property owners within the Farmspring Estates HOA community, who are planning to construct or install improvements or other work on their property must first set up a meeting date with the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). This will be an opportunity for the ARC to review the proposed project with the applicant. If the project is accepted for REVIEW, the applicant will be provided with an application and instructions on how to proceed. ** ATTENTION DOG OWNERS **
The Board has received an increased number of recent complaints regarding issues surrounding dogs within the community. Please see the notice below, which is common sense and in general shows respect for neighbors and the community.
DOG WASTE CLEAN UP
All residents who have committed to dog ownership should be responsible for cleaning up after their dogs when walking in the community. If you walk your dog and they eliminate on someone else's property, please be a decent human being and clean it up; this includes all HOA common areas throughout the community.
DOG BARKING
We get it, all dogs bark. Barking in general is not an issue. However, leaving your dog/s out for extended periods of time without supervision to bark incessantly creates unnecessary noise disturbances for neighbors within the community. We ask that you please be considerate to your neighbors and keep your dogs indoors when you aren't able to monitor them.
Community Center Lockbox
A secure lockbox has been installed at the front of the community center building. Feel free to drop your annual dues payments, architectural request forms, correspondence/suggestions, election ballots, etc. anytime; it will be checked regularly.
Street Parking Clarification
Unit owner and guest vehicles shall be parked overnight in unit owner driveways or designated overflow community parking areas. Street parking is limited to daytime hours only, no overnight street parking permitted.
WE NOW ACCEPT ONLINE PAYMENTS
We are now setup to receive secure online payments through Quickbooks. If you have an outstanding or current bill and would like to pay online, reach out to me and I'll email you the invoice with payment link. ACH Bank Transfers are no charge (all you need is your routing and account information). All credit cards are accepted for a 3% fee. You can still certainly pay by money order or personal check and you can mail them to Penn 1st Realty, PO Box 281, Waynesboro, PA 17268.
