POOL CLOSED FOR 2024 SEASON!!
The access code to the gate is updated the first of every July and August and is emailed to all residents who have completed and submitted a signed Access Agreement AND is current on their annual dues. If you need this information please text or call Monica Swed at 240-818-5212. Portable restroom facilities are onsite at the back of the community center building - family size with changing table and hand sanitizing station.

NOTE: THERE ARE RULES SIGNS POSTED AT THE POOL BUT HERE ARE A HANDFUL OF IMPORTANT ITEMS.
1. NO DIVING OR JUMPING, SHALLOW WATER
2. NO BOISTEROUS OR ROUGH PLAY IN WATER (CANNONBALLS ETC), OR FOUL LANGUAGE
3. NO SPITTING OR BODILY FLUIDS IN THE POOL
4. NO PETS/ANIMALS IN THE FENCED POOL AREA
5. NO FOOD OR GLASSWARE IN THE FENCED POOL AREA
6. NO ALCOHOL OR TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN THE FENCED POOL AREA
7. DO NOT ENTER THE FENCED POOL AREA DURING ANY SEVERE OR DANGEROUS WEATHER CONDITIONS AND LEAVE THE AREA IMMEDIATELY IF LIGHTNING IS EXPECTED OR DETECTED
8. PEOPLE WHO APPEAR TO BE AFFLICTED WITH CUTS, SKIN DISEASE, COMMUNICABLE DISEASES, COLDS, FEVER, INFECTION, OR OTHER PHYSICAL AILMENTS ARE PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING THE WATER
9. ALL TRASH MUST BE REMOVED AND TAKEN WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE
10. Pool floats up to 48” circumference or 48” wide x 48” long are permitted.

Farmspring Estates Community Center
The Farmspring Estates Community Center (Clubhouse) is available for use to all Farmspring Estates residents, on a first come first serve basis, at $50 nonrefundable charge. Residents must submit a formal request for approval in advance noting the date and timeframe needed. You can check the calendar below for availability. Reservations can be made using the link below.

The community center is equipped with the following:

2 - 30" x 72" Folding Tables
10 - 60" Round Folding Tables
46 Adjustable Wheeled Chairs
*** Cleaning and trash removal is your responsibility. If cleaning and trash removal are not sufficient, the facility will be cleaned and you will be billed for the cleaning service.

Farmspring Estates Recreation Area
The recreation area is equipped with a children's playground, basketball hoop and small court, and beach volleyball. Please note, grass seed was recently put down in the areas surrounding the courts.
NOTE: The two ride on playground equipment items are broken and marked off with caution tape, please avoid those until they are fixed, we are waiting on the playground company to get us into their schedule.
