JOB DESCRIPTIONS
President
The President serves as the face of the operation and oversees the majority of the decision-making process; as well as ensure that all board duties are fulfilled with the community’s best interest in mind. Must have excellent leadership, management, and communication skills and must know how to delegate and be a team player, as well as a working and in-depth knowledge of the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Bylaws, and operations of the association.
The Vice President shares leadership and procedural duties with the President, including assuming the leadership role when the President is unable to do so. Must have excellent leadership, management, and communication skills and must know how to delegate and be a team player, as well as a working and in-depth knowledge of the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Bylaws, and operations of the association.
The Secretary is responsible for maintaining the association’s official records. Must be a team player, have excellent organization and communication skills, have an eye for detail; as well as a working and in-depth knowledge of the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Bylaws, and operations of the association.
The Treasurer manages the association’s finances. Must be a team player, have working knowledge in accounting and Quickbooks, excellent organization and communication skills, have an eye for detail; as well as a working and in-depth knowledge of the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Bylaws, and operations of the association.
The director supports the officers in any projects or tasks as required. Must have working and in-depth knowledge of the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Bylaws, and operations of the association.

- Develop and distribute meeting agendas.
- Keep meeting minutes during all meetings, develop records, and distribute.
- Maintain the association’s official records, reviewing and updating documents as required and ensuring they are stored safely and accessible to association members if requested.
- Ensure the association meets all legal documentation requirements, such as annual filing deadlines; and attesting to legal documents signed by the President.
- Any other duties as assigned by the President.
The Treasurer manages the association’s finances. - Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable; including collections.
- Manage operating and reserve funds.
- Create proposed annual operating budgets.
- Report the association’s financial status throughout the year in meetings.
- Work with a professional accounting to ensure annual tax returns are filed.
- Ensuring that all association funds are collected, disbursed, invested and reported accurately and remain in compliance at all times with the association’s by-laws and governing documents.
- Any other duties as assigned by the President.
